STREET URBAN ART

Walking around, anywhere, anytime, we´re walking spectators of Street Urban Art, however, Do we admire and enjoy it?, we don´t need to go to London, NYC, Brazil, Australia, when this type of art is in our place... we´ve to see around us. I´ve found some interesting Street Urban Art in Guatemala, all around, in this case, Isle of Flowers (Isla de Flores), Xela (Quetzaltenango) and Antigua Guatemala.

Isle Of Flowers

The following pictures were taken in Isle of Flowers (Petén), walking around i found this mural which caught my attention, and of course couldn´t resist to take a picture. What i really like the most, is it´s simplicity and how well the color management was used.

Quetzaltenango

What i´ve saw in Quetzaltenango, it was so much different as the ones in Petén, in the first image, it remind me of Bansky in London (sort of...), the other ones has a mixture of movements and primary colors are notorious.

Antigua Guatemala

Is not common to find Street Urban Art in a colonial city, however, there´s always a chance to see it, in this case, the type of graffism is more subtle than other places around.

This piece, i found it at a Door, not in a wall as usual.
